Working with KaamLabs: Scope, Delivery and Support
KaamLabs starts with a project brief, then agrees deliverables, responsibilities, milestones and support in a private proposal.
Working with KaamLabs: Scope, Delivery and Support
Begin with a useful brief
Tell us who the website serves, what visitors should do and what currently gets in the way. Share existing pages, brand assets, content, integrations and any launch dependency. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive customer data in an initial form.
Agree the scope
A proposal should identify pages and user journeys, content responsibilities, integrations, review checkpoints, acceptance criteria and exclusions. Pricing remains private. Delivery dates depend on that scope and the inputs needed from both teams.
Build and review
Review structure and content before polishing interactions. Test the agreed flows on phones as well as desktop screens. For integrations, include failure states and retries. For enquiries, confirm storage before presenting a success message.
Launch and handover
Confirm domain, hosting, CMS and repository access. Review direct URLs, redirects, metadata, media and contact paths. Agree how the team will publish changes and how issues will be reported after launch.
Support is part of the discussion
Distinguish launch fixes, maintenance, hosting, third-party subscriptions and new features. Record responsibilities and response expectations in the engagement agreement. Historical client results do not determine a future project's outcome.
