Project enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, selected services and project message. The enquiry is saved in our Supabase database so the team can review and respond. We also retain a submission reference, timestamps, delivery records and the source page. Do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive medical information or other confidential records in an initial enquiry.

Analytics and your choices

Optional analytics starts after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and website interactions, and Microsoft Clarity to understand usability. Contact form fields are masked for Clarity. Enquiry text, contact details and copied text are excluded from our custom analytics events. A saved enquiry is counted separately from a WhatsApp, phone or email click.

Choose “Essential only” to use the website without optional analytics. You can reopen the banner from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Changing the choice to essential reloads the page to stop optional scripts. Analytics providers may retain previously collected information under their own policies.

Essential operations

Your browser stores the cookie preference. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical requests to serve the site. The enquiry endpoint validates input and uses abuse controls, including a short-lived hashed network identifier and recent submission counts. Server credentials remain outside the public website code.

Other contact channels

WhatsApp is optional after an enquiry has been saved. Opening it sends you to Meta's service with the enquiry reference, your name and selected service context. Phone and email links open the relevant application. These services handle information under their own policies.

Access, retention and requests

We use enquiry information to respond, assess project fit and manage prospective engagements. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations; we do not claim that submitting an enquiry automatically deletes it after a fixed period. Contact us to request access, a correction or deletion, or to ask about your information. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Changes

We update this page when website handling changes. The date above identifies the current version. Project-specific confidentiality and data-processing arrangements belong in the engagement agreement.
